The majority of orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days for in-stock merchandise, such as ink refills, purchased before noon pacific time Monday to Friday.
Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following 1-3 business days.
Regarding custom-made stamps, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for crafting and processing before shipment, as they are meticulously handcrafted.
